We are looking for support workers to help people we support. Help them to achieve their goals and participate in the activities that they enjoy. Dealing with challenging behaviour can be tough, but with the right approach, we can make a difference, promote positive behaviours, and create a supportive environment for people to thrive.
You will be supporting individuals with complex support needs. Part of what you do each day will be helping them to recognise and respond to emotional overwhelm and react safely to this. We are looking for people who are physically active and have the resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviours.

We would prefer someone who has previous experience working within the disability sector or aged care but more than that we are looking for people with some life experience and the right attitude. It is essential that youhave the skills to build good relationships with the people we support.
