About the Role
As a Support Services Office Lead, youll provide high-level PA and administrative support to the General Manager of the Support Services Group, helping to deliver safe, equitable, and efficient healthcare services across Hawkes Bay. This is a dynamic and trusted role where youll manage sensitive information, coordinate strategic initiatives, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Your day will involve diary and email management, coordinating meetings and events, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and overseeing financial and reporting processes. Youll also play a vital role in driving continuous improvement, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.

Youll be part of the Health and Specialist Services team within Health New Zealand Hawkes Bay, working closely with the General Manager and Support Services Leadership Team. About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring :
Extensive experience in a PA or office management role supporting senior leaders.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, financial systems, and meeting coordination.
Proven ability to manage confidential information and build relationships across all levels.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity and Maori engagement.
Desirable : Experience working in a health setting.
