Our existing Office Manager is needing to leave for personal reasons. Kaimai Eggs now seeks a dynamic, accurate and customer focused Office Manager to join our amazing team.
Rural family business
Not a typical office environment
Fast paced, high customer interaction and oversight
Monday to Friday role with flexible start date
Tasks
- Receive orders daily with time restrictions
- Collation of orders with egg production floor
- Customer, customer, customer comes first.. offering great service and decisive information
- Variety of customers - supermarkets, cafes and wholesalers
- Accurate invoicing
- Load out records and management
- Distribution and liaison with delivery drivers
