Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate structured stock rotations and manage overall farm performance, both physical and financial.
• Lead health, safety, and wellness on the farm, driving a positive culture of risk awareness.
• Collaborate and communicate with the Business Manager on strategic planning and budgets.
• Build and maintain robust rural networks.
• Act as an ambassador for Pāmu’s brand reputation within the community.
