Join us as an Operations Supervisor in our Wellington Region Traffic team.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead multiple operational crews while handling the coaching and development of the Traffic Crews. This position will allow you to be a role model for all the operational staff.

In a ddition to the above you will :

  • Develop and maintain programmes to maximise utilisation of Traffic Management resources to worksites, including minimisation of idle / downtime
  • Complete site condition ratings and other auditing for compliance
  • Oversee Temporary Traffic Management team members and sub-contractors
  • Provide technical advice when required, ensuring advise aligns with legislation and industry standards

    We’re looking for someone with :

  • 5 or more years TTM experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience scheduling, programming staff & resources
  • Ability to work independently
  • Creating, Connecting and caring for the community
