Role Details

Position : Retail Assistant (Fixed Term until end of April 2026)

Hours : Sunday 10am–4pm; Monday to Wednesday 8am–5pm (31 hours)

Duties

Provide genuine service and create lasting impressions with customers

Utilise strong selling skills to contribute to store sales performance

Be a team player and contribute toward the store's success

Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom

Process stock and ensure shelves are adequately stocked

Skills & Experience

This is a very customer-focused position, so you'll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert.

Ideally you will have previous retail and / or customer service experience.

Full training will be given on the products we sell; an interest in automotive is a plus.

If customer service is your passion and you thrive in retail / sales, you'll fit right in.

You must be confident working in a retail environment and able to deal with a variety of customers.

Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner will be complemented by a team-focused, "can do" attitude.
