Overview
Fixed Term Retail Assistant - Thames.
We are looking for a fixed term, part time Retail Assistant to be part of our team.
The fixed term would be from November 2025 through to end of January 2026.
This role works over a 2-week roster.
Week one is every Thursday from 10-3 and Friday from 9.30-4.
Week two is every Thursday 10-3, Friday 9.30-4 and Saturday 10-1.
You will also be on-call to cover on public holidays when other team members may be away.
In retail, we appreciate flexibility, so being available to work weekends and public holidays is important.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and help customers feel confident when they wear our clothes.
Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic Caroline Eve brand ambassador.
Be part of a small team where everyone learns and is responsible for doing everything in store.
Qualifications / What we are looking for
Commitment to our customers and eagerness to learn.
Willing to be part of a company that values exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to be available to work weekends and public holidays.
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift, pack and unpack boxes of stock.
Passion for great customer service and ability to attract and connect with customers as a Caroline Eve brand ambassador.
