Are you a passionate and reflective kaiako who thrives in a calm, and collaborative environment? The Meadows is seeking a qualified and registered kaiako to join our Preschool team , working alongside tamariki aged 2–5 years.

Our kaupapa centres around nurturing tamariki to be :

• Communicators (Kaikōrero) : expressive, cooperative, and active learners
• Guardians (Kaitiaki) : responsible role models who care for people and place
• Connectors (Whakawhanaungatanga) : strong in identity, belonging, and relationships.

We believe tamariki are capable and competent learners. Our practice reflects respectful care , intentional teaching , and strong connections with tamariki, whānau, and our natural environment.
