In This Role, You’ll Be Responsible For

• Providing high‑quality service to resolve disputed card transactions for both cardholders and merchants.
• Applying Mastercard chargeback rules accurately and promptly to ensure fair outcomes for our customers and the bank.
• Demonstrating empathy and educating customers on dispute outcomes, even when unfavourable.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to team‑wide enhancements.
• Participating in cross‑training to boost personal development and team capability.
• Ensuring the effective, timely, and accurate delivery of a high level of customer experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
