We are currently seeking an experienced Coach Builder / Fabricator to join our growing team.

About the job

This is a hands-on role for someone with a can-do attitude and proven ability in vehicle fabrication and coach building. You’ll be part of a passionate team building purpose-built vehicles for high-profile customers such as the Department of Corrections, NZ Police, St John, Red Cross, and many more.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and install vehicle parts for one-off builds to specification and high quality.
• Work from technical drawings and plans to construct, modify, and fit panels, frames, and components.
• Perform welding, cutting, and shaping of sheet metal and aluminium.
• Assemble vehicle chassis, interiors, and custom components.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Wade Group’s standards.
