Purpose of the Role

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Night Manager to help lead our overnight operations. You’ll be the welcoming face for late arrivals, the calm presence during the night, and the go‑to person. This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail and passion for guest experience will shine.

This is a permanent 40‑hour position working 10 : 30pm - 7 : 30am.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations overnight, ensuring safety and service excellence
• Welcome late arrivals and farewell early departures with warmth and professionalism
• Lead and support the night team across Rooms Division and F&B
• Manage nightly audits, reconciliations, and reporting
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with confidence
• Maintain security protocols and ensure smooth handovers between shifts
