The Warehouse Group looks after some of Aotearoa's most famous and beloved retail brands, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming.

They stay famous and beloved because we're always working to deliver relevant and exciting customer experiences to Kiwis, including a growing number of public good and sustainability initiatives.

The purpose of the role

This is a permanent, part-time position with the following hours of work :

Thursday - Saturday : 8 : 00am - 12 : 00pm

We're looking for a team to join us in the journey of providing bargains, championing sustainability and participating in local public good initiatives!

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done without compromising service standards.

Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service.

If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it's not a requirement.

Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn.

You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting.
