ABOUT THE ROLE This Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week role is for our next SUPERSTAR Store Manager, who will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.ResponsibilitiesTo succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Jay Jays customer.

In addition you will be able to demonstrate : Experience in developing and coaching a teamPrevious leadership experience, ideally in retailAbility to provide a genuine and unique customer experiencePrevious Visual Merchandising experience working from a briefProven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targetsWhy Jay Jays?
