You'll work in a safety-focused, team environment where attention to detail is key.Key Responsibilities : Machine Setup & Operation : Prepare and run extrusion machines to meet production specifications, monitor performance, and make adjustments as requiredQuality Control & Troubleshooting : Inspect products, correct defects, and resolve minor machine issues to maintain high quality standardsMaintenance & Safety : Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance, report equipment issues promptly, and always follow safety proceduresMaterial Handling : Load and monitor raw materials, store them correctly, and maintain stock levelsContinuous Improvement : Support process improvements, share feedback, and participate in training to boost team efficiencyRecord Keeping : Accurately log production data, including machine settings and outputRequirementsBasic knowledge of extrusion or other machine operationPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentForklift licence preferredAbility to read and follow production specifications and work instructionsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safetyGood communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeReliable, consistent attendance and a strong work ethicPhysically fit, able to lift up to 25 kgEagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic workplaceBenefitsFull personal use of onsite Gym facility & personal trainerOngoing training and mentorship to develop your skillsA supportive team and opportunities for career growthThe chance to represent a trusted brand and make a real impact on the industryReady to Join Us?
