Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of JD Sports, providing exceptional customer service that creates a memorable shopping experience and a lasting positive connection to our brand.

The role is rostered Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times, and application confirms availability to work across these days.

Act as a brand ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers.

Provide personalised 1 : 1 customer service.

Assist customers with all queries and process sales.

Collaborate with management and the store team to achieve KPI's and targets.

Support the team with ad-hoc tasks such as visual merchandising, store cleanliness and presentation.

Escalate any customer complaints to management.

Consistently complete mandatory training on product, policy and procedure.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or similar industry.

Ability to provide excellent service and go above & beyond.

Passionate about sports fashion or knowledgeable about key brands.

Positive can-do attitude and teamwork ability.

Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Enthusiastic to overcome challenges and learn new skills.

Strong communication skills and engagement with customers and team.

Multi-tasking ability.

Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays based on store needs.
