What you need to do :

• Have a genuine interest in providing quality residential services

• Oversight of the clinical care provided to support the residents
• Implement best practices and use your knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.

Skills and experience;

• NZ Registered nurse with a current APC
• Proven NZ experience as a nursing leader in aged care
• Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Be familiar with It systems; Medimap, eCase, InterRAI
• Robust understanding of corrective actions and exposure to certification processes
