The role involves managing our social presence, supporting product launches, and driving industry, staff and community engagement.

They plan and execute internal and external communications plans, manage digital assets and utilise technology to maximise customer engagement.

The role is pivotal in aligning our marketing efforts with business objectives, fostering strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.What will you do?

Develop and manage content, in collaboration with a creative agency, to enhance brand leadership, engage audiences, and grow commercial and product brandsLead social media strategy, content creation, and engagement across platforms, ensuring professional and timely responses aligned with the company's valuesSupport communication plans for product launches, campaigns, and key segments with the Marketing Services teamCreate and execute messaging strategies to promote sustainability initiatives and achievementsFoster community and industry engagement by promoting sponsorships and initiativesDrive internal communications through town halls, digital updates, and supporting HR initiativesManage multimedia content, including photography and videography for products and case studiesPlan and execute marketing email campaigns, automation journeys, and performance analysis using CRM toolsOversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) projects, ensuring data integrity and system effectivenessDevelop and oversee communications budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityAbout YouA bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications with 3 - 8 years of experienceStrong writing, editing, communication, and attention to detailSkilled in tailoring content for diverse audiences and mediumsProficient in digital communications, including social media, websites, and digital advertisingEffective at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and solving problems creativelyExcellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaborativelyExperienced in stakeholder managementProficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, marketing automation, photography, and videography is a plusWhy join us?
