• Guiding guests through food and beverage offerings with knowledge and confidence
• Managing your section efficiently, upselling where appropriate, and keeping your space clean and organised
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timing and quality
• Maintaining high service standards while bringing personality to the floor
