About the Role | Mo te Turanga

We're looking for a Baker to join our Woolworths New Zealand team.

This role is great for anyone looking to build a bakery career and be part of a team that runs the store's bakery department.

You will have the opportunity to showcase creativity and passion in a welcoming, diverse environment.

Role

As our new Baker, you could expect to :

Prepare and bake quality cakes and breads for the department

Champion Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure an excellent level of customer service for bakery customers

Train, develop and supervise apprentices and team members in the Bakery Department

About You | Mou

We are looking for our next Baker who has :

Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge in baking

A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

The ability to work under pressure, work flexibly and meet tight timelines
