The Analyst - Asset Information reports to the Manager Monitoring and Insights. This role is responsible for producing accurate and timely asset and maintenance information and ad-hoc reports relating to asset and maintenance processes (planning, standards, delivery, monitoring and management), work programme development and monitoring the impact of plans and programmes on portfolio quality through their implementation. The role also provides a key link between the Kāinga Ora asset and maintenance information and stakeholder information requirements.
