Permanent role, salary $96,227 + 5 weeks' annual leave and insurance benefits
The Analyst - Asset Information reports to the Manager Monitoring and Insights.
This role is responsible for producing accurate and timely asset and maintenance information and ad-hoc reports relating to asset and maintenance processes (planning, standards, delivery, monitoring and management), work programme development and monitoring the impact of plans and programmes on portfolio quality through their implementation.
The role also provides a key link between the Kainga Ora asset and maintenance information and stakeholder information requirements.
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Computing, Accounting, Business or Finance
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrate courage, willingness and capability to challenge the status quo.
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows, with proven spreadsheeting ability and holds a good knowledge of core systems, e.g. EAM, Kotahi, IDP.
A sound understanding of database concepts including advanced querying with skills in the use of SQL and Power BI desirable.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to interface with the business.
This requires a good grasp of Kainga Ora's business model with particular emphasis on asset management framework and processes.

A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach and ability to work with a minimum of supervision on a day to day basis.
