We're looking for a passionate, tech-savvy individual to join our Safety & Security team.

This is not your typical security guard role—it's a dynamic position where every day is different, and you'll play a key part in maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and guests.

The role

Manage and monitor the hotel's safety and security functions, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Support the implementation of the hotel's Health & Safety programme, ensuring compliance with workplace standards and procedures.

Educate colleagues and managers on safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Conduct regular property patrols and respond to incidents as they occur.

Manage CCTV systems and assist with investigations.

Escort colleagues to the staff carpark during late shifts.

About you

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Confident using technology and completing reports.

Hold a current Certificate of Approval (COA) from the Department of Justice or be in the process of obtaining one.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Available to work on a rotating roster across 7 days, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.

Previous security or law enforcement experience is an advantage but not required.

Professional grooming and presentation are essential.
