Your role will include :
Providing clinical and strategic leadership to the surgical teamOverseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred careLeading clinical governance, workforce planning, and service developmentCollaborating with other departments and executive leadershipMaintaining an active surgical practice while fostering innovation and excellenceWhat we’re looking for :
AHPRA Specialist Registration in Surgery (FRACS or equivalent)Proven experience in surgical leadership or clinical governanceA passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving innovationCommitment to improving patient outcomes and service qualityStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsKey Role Highlights :
