One of nine care homes in PSO’s Enliven network, Iona has led the way in quality residential care for older people in North Otago for more than 60 years. Iona offers rest home and hospital level care, with a secure dementia care unit, for up to 79 residents. Respite and palliative care are also available. The role is also responsible for the oversight of residents in the 12 adjoining independent living cottages, and seven units at Columba Court.
Iona enjoys an excellent reputation in the community, and this is reflected in feedback from residents and their families.

About the role
Reporting to the General Manager - Enliven Services, you will have responsibility for overall operations of the home and take pride in ensuring Iona’s residents and their families continue to receive the standards of care for which it is so well known.
The wider Enliven team of residential managers, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Quality Advisor will provide you with exceptional support, as will your staff and volunteers at Iona.
