This role focuses on ensuring that users can easily access the information they need, that process documentation is clear and accessible, and that training is effectively facilitated.The role will also be responsible for modelling processes using BPMN standards and ensuring that any process changes are clearly communicated, thoroughly documented, and successfully adopted across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesDrive standardisation across the global procurement process.Ensure effective user experience by ensuring all guidance & documentation is accurate, clear and accessible for our end users.Develop and execute communication plans for process changes and initiatives.Coordinate user training sessions and workshopsSupport process improvement initiativesDevelop & maintain process models using BPMNAbout youAs a Procurement Analyst you're passionate about improving and standardising processes.
You're focused on the end user experience and ensuring guidance & support enables users to effectively do their job.You have strong communication skills, high-quality written documentation and coordinating across diverse teams.
While you won't be delivering direct training, you excel in guiding teams to resources that improve their capabilities.
Additionally, you're a strategic thinker, able to partner with other areas of the business to develop big-picture plans for the continued growth of procurement operations.Experience in Source-to-Pay or similar procurement processes.3-5 years' process modelling & change management experienceKnowledge of digital documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
