Senior Engineering Project Managers – Take the Lead on Major Projects
We're hiring three Senior Engineering Project Managers who will own the delivery of critical capital projects at our Dunsandel site.

What you'll do :
Our world-class Dryers, cutting-edge Consumer Plants, and essential Utilities
Major capital projects exceeding $10M, already in motion and forecast to continue
You'll lead portfolios aligned to key production facilities, supported by dedicated Engineering Project Managers and mentored by our experienced Project Director.
The scale, responsibility, and visibility of this work will set you apart.
About you :
7–10 years' experience in engineering project management (dairy, FMCG, processing industries preferred)
Skilled in performance specification, procurement, contract management, construction, safety, and commissioning
Experienced leader ready to take ownership of large-scale initiatives

We're also recruiting an Engineering Project Manager to lead medium-sized projects ($1M) while supporting senior managers on major initiatives.
This is ideal for engineers with 3–5 years of project experience.
What you'll do :
Deliver a portfolio of medium-sized engineering projects
Support senior project leaders on high-profile initiatives
Gain further hands-on experience in design, procurement, construction, safety and commissioning
About you :
You will have experience in dairy manufacturing, plant design, or similar industries
Experience in project planning, contract management, and construction oversight
Eager to grow technical and leadership capabilities in a supportive team
Graduate Engineering Project Manager – Kickstart Your Career with Us
We're looking for a motivated graduate or an engineer with early project experience, eager to gain hands-on exposure to real engineering projects.
You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Engineers, developing skills in scoping, planning, delivery, and commissioning.
This role is ideal for those with a strong academic background or initial project experience who want to kickstart their career at Synlait.
What you'll do :
Work alongside experienced Project Managers and Engineers on real projects from day one
