Senior / Project Executive, IT Project & Training Development
He / She is responsible for general administration and assisting the project team in the smooth running of projects.
Responsible for general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, document preparation / filing, records management, meeting minutes etc.
Support the internal teams on procurement matters, and collaborate with the Procurement Department to collate and ensure proper documentation within the purchase requisition.
Monitor and coordinate project activities, resources, and progress to ensure smooth execution and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation through to completion.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Engage the Finance Department on all expenses and financial matters such as expense claims, processing of invoices, payments, etc.
Support operating routines including coordinating monthly / quarterly department meetings, collation of management reports etc.
Support budget tracking and procurement processes related to IT projects.
Collaborate with other project managers and project executives on any other office initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to support innovative project solutions.
Conduct travel to branch locations as required to support project needs.
Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Manager
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
Other Information
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT management level in a similar-sized structure and business, hands-on experience, and technical knowledge of applications and communications infrastructure.
An added advantage for those familiar with PMP
