Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Napier.

The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property showings, negotiate sales, and guide clients through transactions.

Day-to-day responsibilities will also include market research, listings management, coordinating with vendors, and preparing necessary documentation.

Networking and building long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals are integral to the role.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

Knowledge of local real estate markets, property listings, and market trends

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions effectively

Proficiency in real estate tools, platforms, and standard software applications

Relevant certifications / licenses to practice as a licensed real estate agent

Previous experience in the real estate sector is an advantage

Ability to work independently while also being a cohesive member of a team
