This role supports service uplift through effective planning, stakeholder engagement and knowledge delivery.- Ability to assess change impacts, measure adoption, and use data to inform decisions.- Support governance and embed best-practice frameworks for knowledge delivery.You are a proactive change professional with experience in operations or leadership roles, and a strong grasp of change management principles like ADKAR. You know how to assess readiness for change, influence outcomes, and deliver communications that resonate. Your resilience, relationship-building skills, and business acumen help you drive meaningful change in complex environments.
