About the Role

We have a six month, fixed term opportunity for an Integration Centre Technician to support our team in delivering a large contract.

Our team build, configure and install all hardware and software into Westcon Groups products before being shipped to our customers and end users.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and install hardware from manufacturers in the Westcon Group vendor portfolio
• Install hardware and software / IOS into vendors\' kit
• Ensure all kit builds are completed as per the specified order
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems
• Provide a high level of customer service and problem solving with all clients in a constructive and professional manner
• Develop training materials and procedures, and / or train users in the proper use of hardware and software
