About the Role My client is seeking a caring, confident Years 7-8 homeroom teacher for a 12-month fixed-term role starting Term 1,

• in South Canterbury.

You'll teach a broad Y7-8 programme, and help students build the confidence and readiness they need before stepping into secondary learning.

This role would suit a Primary teacher ready to step into the upper-middle years, or someone who enjoys working with early adolescents.

You'll support core learning, take on elements of structured literacy or numeracy, and create a calm, settled environment built on strong relationships.
