Located in East Auckland, Pigeon Mountain Primary School is dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. We are currently seeking 2 passionate and dedicated junior school teachers to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly relational, loves to work collaboratively and is committed to getting the very best from, and for our young people. These positions offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the early years of our students’ education journey, teaching in single-cell classrooms that nurture strong relationships and personalised learning experiences.

These are full-time positions. They commence at the beginning of term 1, 2026. Experience in BSLA and structured literacy would be a definite advantage but not essential.

Applicants must have New Zealand residence approval by NZ Immigration, plus current NZ Teacher registration.
