Quantity Surveyor - (Inter & Senior)

Overview

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is ready for that next opportunity to join a successful contractor. This is a very reputable organisation and a determination for success. They continue to win projects in the commercial, industrial and retail space and seem to be building a solid pipeline. You will be responsible for your own projects, involved with schemes which are negotiated and some other which are tendered.

Requirements

• Tertiary Qualified
• 5 years plus within the construction industry
• Knowledge of negotiated projects and tender submissions
• Managing contracts
• Excellent communication skills with all levels
• Understanding of the claims, variations & final accounts process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration and Opportunity

The remuneration is competitive to market rates and can be negotiated depending on experience and project history.
