The successful candidate will be part of the new Tamariki team and very much at the heart of its development.We are seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Mental Health & Addictions Service team, based at 7 Springs Road, East Tamaki.This part-time position (Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day) provides crucial administrative and customer service support to help ensure the smooth delivery of care across the service.

You will work alongside a committed team of professionals in a role that adapts to evolving clinical and service priorities.Hours : Monday to Thursday | 5 hours per day between 8 : 00am and 5 : 00pmAbout You : To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong administrative background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.You will be comfortable managing a range of tasks, supporting a busy team, and providing warm and professional customer service both in person and over the phone.Key skills and experience;Previous administrative experience supporting a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesA positive attitude and willingness to take initiativeFull New Zealand drivers licenceWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
