You will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the Auckland area, providing and implementing successful solutions, increasing market share and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes :

• Exceptional skills in generating new profitable business and developing an effective pipeline of new business opportunities
• A proven track record in achieving sales results through development of customer accounts, relationship building and networking
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and skills
• To be tenacious, ambitious, relentless and motivated to succeed
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Making things happen by turning thoughts and talk into action
• Put contractor renumeration as the key priority when pricing work
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software
• To be RESULTS driven
