Resene is currently seeking a Trade Sales Representative to join our Waikato team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in the paint and construction sales industry.

A proven track record in sales account management is required with an ability to demonstrate you can build strong relationships with a wide variety of new and existing clients, within the trade and construction industries.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCall on professional painters, builders and other regular users of paintPrepare accurate painting specifications, accurately complete all documentation for inspections, warranties and guaranteesAttend customer / industry functions, after hours as required, and all ColorShop training sessionsKeep accurate and up to date customer records and database managementWork closely with senior management assisting with the Northern Trade Sales teamSecure critical projectsMaintain a high level of technical knowledge and effectively communicate that knowledge to the sales team and client baseWe're looking for someone with energy, initiative, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for sales.

The role is Full Time (minimum 40 hours) and is based at the Resene Hamilton ColorShop.Applications close Sunday 19th October.
