Responsibilities
About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, independent Content Producer to join our growing team.
Editorially sharp, production-savvy, and excited by the possibilities of cross-platform storytelling.
You'll work on a range of commissioned projects, from short-form digital content to longer-form factual productions.
That might mean shaping a YouTube documentary, scripting an explainer, or managing post-production on a multi-part TV series.
Our clients and partners span government, commercial, and mission-driven sectors that value clear, purposeful content.
This is a mid-level content producer role, ideal for someone confident in managing projects from start to finish.
You should be comfortable adapting to different briefs, timelines, and workflows, while balancing daily production with a broader understanding of where content is heading.
What You'll Do
Contribute to ideation and proposal writing for new or evolving projects
Manage projects from planning to delivery, including scripting, shoots, edits, feedback cycles, and approvals
Produce content across TV, YouTube, and digital formats, guided by editorial intent and audience relevance
Develop story approaches that are format-appropriate and purposeful, whether it's a 46-minute episode, a 12-minute doc, or a 90-second visual-first short
Write and refine outlines, scripts, VO, and social copy that are well-structured, thoughtful, and suited to the platform
Coordinate with camera crew and post-production teams to maintain consistency and quality
Create supporting content such as trailers, reels, thumbnails, or social edits to extend reach and engagement
Manage schedules, logistics, budgets, and client communication with clarity and accountability
Stay current with storytelling formats and platform behaviors, and apply those insights to your work
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
3 to 6 years of experience producing content across TV, YouTube, digital, or social platforms
A strong sense of story structure and pacing, with experience adapting stories across formats, lengths, and audiences
An eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to think in sequences and shape how a story looks and flows
Confidence working under tight timelines without compromising editorial clarity or production quality
Clear communication skills, especially when managing feedback, presenting ideas, or working across internal and external teams
