Ideal candidate need to meet one of below requirement :
- Have at least 1 year’s relevant work experience in the same field or industry, OR
- Have a relevant level 4 or higher qualification
Priority will be given to local NZ residence / citizens.
Tasks Include :
Measure and combine ingredients and raw materials using hands / hand tools and other equipment to make doughs for pastry, bread rolls, and other pastry foods.Make sweet , savory and special ingredient fillings, sources and toppings.Check the quality of the ingredients and the prepared raw materials to make sure quality standard are metSet, adjust and monitor oven and other cookware’s temperatures to ensure proper baking and cooking timeTake out the baked pastry from the forms, trays, unloading, de-panning and cooling the finished productsDecorate, glaze and adjust the display of the finished productsTest the finished products to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality requirementsClean and restock workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.Check the cleanliness of equipment and operation of machines before each run, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsWe pride ourselves on the quality of our food and the high standard of service we provide.We believe in creating experiences that people will always want more of, inspiring and share worthy.
