The Role
We are looking for a strong people leader who can coach, support, and grow a team in a busy operational environment. You will bring experience setting clear direction, lifting performance, and building a positive, values‑driven team culture.
This is a permanent full‑time role working Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm.

You will provide exceptional operational support, planning and process to support colleagues and contractors within Blueprint. You will have the ability to prioritise job tasks depending on workflow and complete tasks in a manner consistent with the values of Blueprint.
