We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at Whangarei store . You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Here’s what’s on offer :

Role – Assistant Store Manager

• Rostered Hours : Sunday to Thursday
• Minimum Hours : 35 hours per week
• Hourly Rate : $27 + bonus potential !

What your day will look like :

Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations

Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales

Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets

Prioritising exceptional customer experiences

Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
