We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Day Shift team. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing the production picking function and providing backup support for inwards operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire : Manage a team of 11‑12 employees, maintaining clear communication and fostering motivation in collaboration with management.
• Ensure safety & compliance : Champion health and safety, uphold quality standards, and report and investigate incidents.
• Drive operational efficiency : Oversee daily operations, meet delivery targets, and solve problems as they arise.
• Promote continuous improvement : Implement process enhancements and foster a Kaizen culture.
• Develop & manage performance : Mentor, coach, and build team cohesion, focusing on skill development.
