In this role, you will work with referred patients who have adiagnosis of low vision, to enableoptimum safety and function in the community.You - ll work with clients from diverse social andcultural backgrounds and need to bring your holistic skills, enthusiasm andpassion to achieve the best outcome for your patients.Positioned in ouroutpatient service at Burwood Hospital ,this role engages with patients to assess and optimise their function in thecommunity who have Low vision .

This role within the Low Vision clinic involves assessment in the clinic setting ,prescribing technology and strategies for maintaining independence.

This roleinvolves assessing the clients in their own home.
