About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

You will lead and motivate a team of operators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.

What You'll Do

Supervise and coordinate day shift warehouse operations

Ensure all health & safety policies are followed and promote a safe workplace

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor productivity

Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time

Support continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and service

Requirements

Forklift licence (OSH & F endorsement preferred)

Experience in steel, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing operations

Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills

Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and load restraint procedures

Understanding of health & safety compliance in an industrial environment

Experience with stock control, inventory management, and dispatch processes

Class 2 driver's licence (advantageous)
