CRM & Data Systems Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Our Digital & Technology team is looking for a CRM & Data Systems Specialist to manage and optimise LIFE's key data platforms.

This full-time role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the enterprise Data Warehouse, and people management systems (Planning Center Online, Brushfire, Volaby).

You'll own system health, build workflows and dashboards with the Microsoft Power Platform, and maintain high data accuracy.

The Role

Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Data Warehouse and connected systems.

Automate workflows with Power Automate and build lightweight apps with Power Apps.

Create and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Maintain data quality through regular clean-up and governance practices.

Provide user support, training and documentation for staff.

Collaborate with vendors and developers to resolve system issues and integrations.

Technologies Experience

Preferred experience, though similar technologies will be considered.

CRM & Databases : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SQL-based Data Warehouse

Automation & Apps : Power Automate, Power Apps

Reporting : Power BI

APIs & Integrations : Managing third-party integrations

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

3–5 years managing or supporting CRM systems, data platforms or enterprise databases.

Proven ability with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power Automate.

Track record of delivering reliable workflows, dashboards and integrations that people actually use.

Strong attention to detail, process-oriented and committed to clean, accurate data.

Collaborative, solutions-focused and confident working with vendors, developers and staff.
