Overview

Matamata College is a Y9–13 state secondary school in Matamata, Waikato.

We have a proud history of student achievement since 1918.

Our school is at the hub of our local community which is as rich in history as it is diverse.

We are seeking an experienced, engaging and culturally responsive teacher, with a genuine passion for working with young people and the ability to contribute positively to the English learning area.

The successful applicant will be able to teach senior English to NCEA Level 3.

A willingness to contribute to the extracurricular life of the school is encouraged.

Responsibilities
