As the Director of Integration and Delivery, you will embark on a transformative journey within the healthcare sector. Your role will be multifaceted and critical in reshaping the future of healthcare technology and services.
You will lead initiatives aimed at simplifying and unifying the health service application landscape, with a clear focus on advancing health equity, improving health outcomes, and embracing digital innovation.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of fostering a culture of connectedness and continuous improvement to service our local, regional, and national communities, fostering collaborative partnerships among Clinicians, Data & Digital teams, Consumers, and other Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora divisions.
Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving the rationalization of legacy systems, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your leadership and strategic planning will be pivotal in supporting the ongoing development of health service platforms, managing existing applications, and facilitating the discovery and implementation of new solutions that align with our strategic roadmap.
Finally, you will hold crucial vendor relationships, ensuring that the service levels required are not only identified but effectively contracted, further reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
