Are you ready for a new adventure? We are seeking an experienced leader to join an established New Zealand-owned retailer to join their team!

The Brand : An established business for over 30 years, the Dunedin store has been established and providing the highest quality and service within outdoor and camping for over 20 years. Now is your chance to join their store in Dunedin as their new Store Manager. The Benefits :

60k - $65k+ base salary
Tuesday - Saturday Roster - no late nights

The Job : As the Store Manager you’ll have operational responsibilities for running this exciting store. You’ll need to be experienced, confident and have a true passion for sales and service as well as a proven ability to lead a team. This job includes :

Inspiring and leading a small team of upto 8 staff

Driving results and high performance through training and development.

Operational Tasks : rostering, stock control, visual merchandising etc.

HR Functions : Recuritment, training and performance reviews / mgmt

Maintain a great community spirit and drive awareness of the brand through promotional events and campaigns.

About You :

Proven experience as a Store Manager of 2+ years or senior assistant manager

An energetic, motivated and engaging personality!

Passionate about customer service, results-driven and sales-focused!

Confidence in building and maintaining a supportive and positive team culture!
