Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store.

What You'll Do

Create meaningful customer moments with personalised service and genuine care

Support store performance by working together and following through on what matters

Merchandise with intention - keeping the space inspiring, beautiful, and brand-aligned

Be a go-to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment

Keep things moving, support your teammates, and help create a workplace that's as fun as it is focused
