Court Registry Support Officer

OverviewCourt Registry Support Officer – District Court North Shore, Albany, Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland.

Permanent, part time 40 hours per two weeks (fortnight).

Work day hours are negotiable, Monday to Friday.Te Haeata / The OpportunityAs a Court Registry Support Officer, you will support the Court's day-to-day operations by supporting the administration function and providing customer service.

Duties will include visits to the local Prison once every two weeks, location is North Shore District Court criminal registry.

You will work closely with Court Registry Officers and support them while they take Court and manage case files.Responsibilitiesproviding timely and efficient customer servicesupporting Judges and Court Registry Officers both in and out of the courtroomintroducing Judges / Judicial Officers into court (in both English and Te Reo Maori)support the jury service function and the jurors themselves for trial hearingsproviding general administrative support for Court Registry Officers, including photocopying, scanning, and filingmanaging the incoming and outgoing mailmanaging evidence exhibitsdata entryproviding support and advice to our diverse customer baseO Pukenga / Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have proven customer service experience.

You will need to be confident, able to multitask, flexible and easily adapt to change.
