Our company is seeking a skilled Network / Helpdesk / SupportEngineer to join our dynamic team on an ongoing basis. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive help desk support across various IT systems, including Windows, cPanel, VoIP, LAN, wireless networks, and more. Your responsibilities will include network administration, updating and maintaining network monitoring tools, data centre activities, ticketing system updates, general server and network support, and on-call support as required.
As a Network / Helpdesk / SupportEngineer, you’ll work closely with our clients to ensure their IT systems operate smoothly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a positive attitude and a commitment to going above and beyond to solve problems.

Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure. You should be capable of designing, deploying, and supporting LAN / WAN / wireless technologies, and configuring and installing network devices such as Mikrotik, Arista, and Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. You will also manage data centre responsibilities, including fault-finding and performing hardware and software updates.
